Melbourne based - 6 months contract with extensions!
Work as a Performance Test Lead with a renowned Global Consulting firm for a financial services organisation based in Melbourne.
Responsibilities:
- Performs constantly catch-ups with the release managers and stakeholders.
- Define improvement strategy processes for the team.
- Support the team for escalation and tracking of the opened defects.
- Providing guidance on dependencies for the performance testing, including progression test approaches, health-check test automation and non-functional requirements.
- Working with IT Delivery Practice to support continuous improvement and alignment to organisation's IT standards and processes.
Skills required:
- Develop a performance test plan in consultation with key stakeholders
- Manage work allocation, tracking and any technical oversight for offshore testers.
- Develop and execute test scripts.
- Analyse test results and provide insights to Build team on performance issues.
- Skilled in JMeter or similar performance testing tools.
