Job description

A leading Financial Services organisation seeks a PMO Manager to join an inflight PMO. You will split your time across a range of people lead responsibilities and ensuring the PMO meets requirements and matures to deliver extra value.

The work is varied but at present, it is focused on financial management, process improvement and ways to embed the new process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as: Sponsors, Compliance and Risk, BU Finance, and other Business and Enterprise Services representatives.
  • Identify potential risks and issues along with process improvement opportunities
  • Analyse the status of the projects/program, provide value add analysis about the general health of the program
  • Provide timely and accurate reports for management and governance groups

Requirements:

  • 3-5yrs experience as a PMO Manager
  • Prior experience supporting a technology program
  • Experience using project management tools and advanced MS Office / PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong with the reporting governance aspect
  • Financial Services or Banking experience is advantageous but is not essential
