This Global IT and Healthcare Solutions giant has a fantastic role available for an experienced Clinical Presales Solutions Specialist (EMR) to work within the overall business and sales / presales team.

As a Clinical Presales Solutions Specialist, you will be part of our highly successful ANZ Presales Team utilising your skills delivering a better, integrated world-class Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution to digitally transform the delivery of Healthcare across the ANZ market.

This role is preferred to be based in Brisbane, however, they may consider Sydney or Melbourne as well.

Clinical and IT Skills Required

  • Clinical Background: Candidates will need to have come from a Clinical background in Australia (Both Public and Private Hospitals), preferably at Doctor level so they are able to have robust conversations and be able to influence and gain respect and trust with clinical professionals. Understanding of Hospital Information Systems and processes/ workflow
  • Understanding of IT: Someone who has an understanding of IT and be able to lead product demos and gather/document customer business requirements, whilst being able to explain the technology to the clinical client audience. They don't need to be an IT guru, jut have and understanding of IT and clinical software.
  • Charisma: This person needs to have a bubbly, friendly and charismatic presence. Being able to build and maintain good rapport

Soft Skills Required:

  • Highly developed experience and skills in presentation delivery and public communication
  • Experience or ability to be able to engage multiple layers including Sales Teams, Solution Teams, Technical Design teams, Internal Management/Snr leadership as well as the customer.
  • As a skilled communicator, you can adapt your communication style to the audience and transfer information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter who can manage their own time effectively, with the tenacity and hunger to really be the glue between Sales and Solutions Delivery.
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to influence engage and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong client focus - ability to build rapport with internal staff and external clients for optimal teamwork in support of the best cross domain solutions
