The client is looking for a dynamic and passionate Principal Consultant to join their team. You'll be joining a team that's full of experienced individuals who can help you develop and implement effective strategies and practices. About you:

  • You'll have extensive experience in either developing or implementing applications. You'll also have knowledge in both infrastructure and software design.
  • An expert in transformational change is someone who can influence and present across various business and technical teams.

  • The ideal candidate will have the necessary resilience to deal with the various pressures that come with working with large organizations.



Your experience:

  • You'll have deep experience in either infrastructure or application development, with experience both designing and implementing solutions
  • Have lead teams before following a hybrid Agile methodology.
  • Experience with AWS is a must, you don't need to know everything but need to be comfortable talking about it and know the core services.
  • A solid understanding of DevOps, comfortable talking about automation, pipelines and the culture shift required
  • A natural ability to influence and present across business and technical teams - pulling together meaningful transformational outcomes
  • The resilience required to deal with influences and blockers that come from dealing with large enterprises
  • Commercial acumen for developing proposals, statements of work or similar.
