Job description

We're working with a leading financial services organisation on a high-impact transformation project in the payments space - and we're hiring 8 Product Analysts to help make it happen.

You'll embed into a product squad and work closely with Product Owners, vendors, and delivery leads to guide the transition from legacy systems to a new, scalable platform. This is a role for those who thrive in product environments - juggling roadmap delivery, risk alignment, documentation, and cross-squad coordination with confidence.

📍 Details

  • Rate: $700/day + super

  • Location: Sydney - hybrid
  • Start Date: ASAP

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Product Owners to deliver roadmaps, refine backlogs, and support end-to-end product readiness

  • Translate product needs into clear documentation - SOPs, user guides, workflows, and handover packs

  • Identify risks and dependencies, working with stakeholders to unblock delivery and embed new processes

  • Support go-to-market preparation, training collateral, and internal product enablement

  • Help ensure the product transition lands smoothly across impacted teams

✅ What We're Looking For

  • 2-4+ years in Product Analyst roles (or hybrid roles closely tied to product squads)

  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and how to support it from within a squad

  • Experience in payments, fintech, or complex product environments is ideal

  • Confident writing product-facing collateral and translating tech into business outcomes

  • Comfortable working across squads, vendors, and stakeholders in fast-moving delivery teams
