About the Role
We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to join a dynamic and high-performing Delivery Office within a leading enterprise. This is a key role supporting strategic programs and projects across a diverse portfolio within the Technology & Delivery division. You will work closely with Program and Project Managers, enabling successful delivery through insightful analysis and robust program support services.
Key Responsibilities
As a Program Analyst, you will:
Deliver analytical insights to support the development and management of program budgets and financial forecasts.
Track and analyse project spend versus forecasts, producing reports to support data-driven decisions.
Lead procurement support for labour and non-labour requirements, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, managing cross-stream and inter-program dependencies.
Support risk, issue, and dependency management processes, ensuring compliance with internal frameworks.
Assist with preparation and coordination of project boards, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Maintain high standards of documentation, record keeping, and information management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience within PMO or program/portfolio delivery functions, ideally in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of delivery frameworks such as PMBoK, BABoK, Scrum, SAFe, Prince2, MSP, or MoP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage program schedules and track risk mitigation activities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Office 365, and Atlassian suite (JIRA/Confluence).
Experience in financial services or superannuation (desirable).
