Our corporate client is embarking on a significant demerger of their business affecting their operations in three states, Qld, Vic and NSW. A Program Director, based in Qld, is required to join the Program team during the planning phase to support the successful delivery of the Program by leading the establishment of business applications and data workstream.
This is a highly complex program and reporting to the Technology Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the program and have full accountability for all aspects of business applications & separation of data including technical and design decisions, tooling, productivity, ways of working, direction, delivery scope and collaborative issue resolution.
As this is a complex program your strategic thinking will be critical as will your ability to work in a fast paced program with a significant change and transformation profile. Your experience in developing and managing cross functional teams comprising internal staff, consultants and contractors will be key to your success.
Your key accountabilities will involve detailed activities in:
- Leadership;
- Business partnering;
- Strategy and Architecture;
- Planning;
- Relationship Management;
- Technology regulation and compliance;
- Financial and commercial; and
- People and Culture.
You will possess demonstrated experience in a similar role managing complex technology programs with diverse platforms and multiple stakeholders. You will be astute at developing business aligned IT strategies, frameworks and roadmaps and be adept with Agile and Lean principles.
