Job description
Our client is undertaking a digital transformation of their Strategy & Architecture practice. The role strongly focuses on improvements to architectural governance and documentation, as well as the modernisation of its operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing road map templates and guidelines, revising architecture principles and updating standards and pattern templates
- Keep the leadership team closer to the details and be clear about the progress as well as support the team with delivery
- Act as the single point of contact who can talk through both top down and bottom up in terms of deliverables.
- Ensure accountability and understand what the current status is.
- Flag any early indicators in terms of negotiations around the timelines.
Experience:
- Implementing continuous improvement and training programs to elevate the performance and capability of the Digital Strategy and Architecture platforms.
- Experience working on Digital Transformation Programs and improving Digital Transformation strategies.
- Posses a thorough understanding of systems and data relationships.
- Excellent organisational, critical thinking, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels and teams to drive the successful implementation of new digital initiatives.
- Experience working in the Utilities / Energy industry is advantageous
