Candidates must be Adelaide based - 6 months contract with extensions likely!
Work as a Project Coordinator with an established Organisation, supporting the planning, delivery, governance and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain project repositories on SharePoint.
- Maintain project cost models and schedules (in Primavera) including month end processes.
- Provide EOM updates for project and portfolio end-of month reporting.
- Support governance processes including project steering / working group / stakeholder updates, status reporting, updates in the portfolio management tool and risk and issue management.
- Support general project activities such as booking meetings and drafting and collating meeting content with the project managers.
- Engage project stakeholders including sponsors, project teams, business customers and support teams as required to facilitate project activities
- Support project procurement and contract management activities for goods and services.
- You will be required to travel and attend sites as required to support projects and engage with stakeholders.
Skills and Experience required:
- Project coordination experience across a variety of technology projects varying in project type, size, complexity and delivery methodology (waterfall, agile, hybrid).
- Experience in project finance / cost, scheduling and project management tools.
- SharePoint and Primavera experience.
- Mining/ Industrial/Natural resources industry experience required.
- Project Finance experience (Cost allocation, end of month costing reporting) is must have
