Project Manager

Paxus is hiring multiple roles for the 12-months fixed term contract to work with safety regulation Organisation in Adelaide.

Role 1: The Project Manager (mid-level) supports key project workstreams within the IT & Data Strategy Program, assisting in the successful delivery of strategic projects. Responsibilities include supporting delivery leads, enhancing SharePoint, migrating HRIS and Finance platforms, and strengthening processes/documentation.

You must have experience in vendor management, process change management, project reporting, and a solid understanding of business operations are required.

Role 2: The Application Utilisation Manager oversees Microsoft Applications, leading productivity projects for cost reduction and enhanced profitability. Your expertise in Microsoft technology applications will drive optimal outcomes across the organisation. Foster team spirit and provide IT expertise for a seamless client experience.

You'll evaluate business systems, processes, and applications, offering research analysis, practical tools, and support. Collaborating with teams, you'll aid in understanding, identifying, and implementing operational productivity enhancements

Role 3: To support the IT & Data Strategy, the PMO Manager aligns and oversees projects to achieve strategy goals. You will maintain project visibility for key stakeholders, establish program governance, and ensure transparent reporting to the Executive Committee and Board. Responsibilities include coordinating project plans, managing dependencies, and consolidating risk/issues for timely reporting.
