Job description

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the development, migration, and integration of enterprise applications and their data. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure systems are seamlessly interoperable and aligned with our organisational goals.

Note: Hourly rate contract through to June 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead concurrent projects, ensuring smooth interoperability between systems and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Utilise strong, proven experience in Agile and Scrum practices to boost project flexibility, responsiveness, and delivery speed.
  • Create detailed project plans, define scope, set milestones, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Successfully manage projects within a matrix environment, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrate robust vendor management experience to ensure successful collaboration and project outcomes.
  • Manage projects during mergers, fostering a unified culture and ensuring smooth integration of teams and processes.
  • Lead diverse teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and collaborative project execution.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders effectively through regular reports and meetings.
  • Develop and facilitate the creation of high-quality project deliverables.

Experience:

  • Advanced/senior level of project management experience with 8+ years in the field.
  • Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent ability to convey project information clearly and concisely to all stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project success.
