Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on the development, migration, and integration of enterprise applications and their data. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure systems are seamlessly interoperable and aligned with our organisational goals.
Note: Hourly rate contract through to June 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead concurrent projects, ensuring smooth interoperability between systems and alignment with organisational objectives.
- Utilise strong, proven experience in Agile and Scrum practices to boost project flexibility, responsiveness, and delivery speed.
- Create detailed project plans, define scope, set milestones, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Successfully manage projects within a matrix environment, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Demonstrate robust vendor management experience to ensure successful collaboration and project outcomes.
- Manage projects during mergers, fostering a unified culture and ensuring smooth integration of teams and processes.
- Lead diverse teams, including developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and collaborative project execution.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders effectively through regular reports and meetings.
- Develop and facilitate the creation of high-quality project deliverables.
Experience:
- Advanced/senior level of project management experience with 8+ years in the field.
- Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
- Excellent ability to convey project information clearly and concisely to all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve project success.
