Our client, a reputable Queensland Government department (offering a contract till end of 2025 with optional extensions available) is requiring a competent Scheduler to provide a high level of project scheduling to the Enterprise Multi Factor Authentication Project within the branch. You will also be working on several other initiatives in conjunction with the initial assignment.
Essential Requirements:
- ICT scheduling experience (MUST)
- Provide specialist advice on project scheduling practice, techniques, strategies, and methodologies.
- Develop project scheduling procedures and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain the project schedules for a large, critical and high-risk ICT and business change program which needs to align with strategic objectives of the Department and current best practice.
- Manage program and project schedules and identify all interdependencies between workstreams.
- Track, monitor, and seek feedback on progress of project tasks.
- Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
Desirable:
- preferably Microsoft Project Online and SharePoint.
