Job description

The Senior RPA Developer will be responsible for analysis of process automation opportunities, working with
business analysts to take business process and requirements gathered to design, develop, test and monitor complex automations. Using your knowledge, experience and expertise, you will provide leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing to the wider team.

Key Duties and Accountabilities
 Explore and develop automation routines and programs that automate complex business processes and
workflows.
 Work in an agile mode to gather requirements, design and delivery automation solutions, test and deploy.
 Assist to configure the RPA platforms as required to support the automation journey.
 Monitoring the performance of released automations to ensure they continue to deliver business benefits and
maintain continuity.
 Liaising with the broader automation team to strengthen the stability of the automation platforms.
 Lead the process exploration and task mining activities across to uncover new automation
opportunities.
 Play a key role in building and participating in the Automation Centre of Excellence.
 Ensure that corporate operations and corporate policies and procedures comply with and are implemented in
accordance with the relevant legislation and statutory requirements, Queensland standards and guidelines, and
Corporate and District policies.
 Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
 To ensure there is a strategic approach to the development of contemporary human resource practices and
policies including Workplace Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity and Anti-discrimination and
commitment to their implementation.

Role Criteria
 Degree or tertiary qualification in IT
 Strong Experience in developing automation with RPA Software (UiPath Preferred)
 Strong Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and RPA Best Practices
 Understanding of SDLC, DevOps and Agile Development Methodologies.
 Exposure to performance measurement and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six-Sigma
 Knowledge of clinical environments, corporate, finance and business workflows.
 Be an effective communicator
 Ability to work on site at Gold Coast
