Job description
The Role:
You will be responsible for administration, configuration and implementation of the Salesforce platform inline with best practice standards. The role will be performing technical analysis, design, development, customization and integrating with various systems within the contact center environment.
The Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design, architecture, requirements gathering and implementation of contact center solutions using Salesforce and Genesys PureCloud
- Development of Visualforce Pages and Lightning Components that forms the view layer of a custom page
- Perform ongoing system administration functions including configuration of security settings, user profiles etc
- Act as the first escalation point for Salesforce support
- Create and Manage documentation relating to platform configuration and administration.
- Keep the stakeholders (e.g. the CCM, CCD and your manager) informed about the progress of your tasks, especially where deadlines or priorities are at risk.
Skills and Experience Required:
4+ years experience on the Salesforce.com platform- Strong development skills with Lightning Web Components, Apex and Visualforce
- Experience using Einstein Platform Services and other AI tools to provide predictive insights
- Knowledge of integration via Restful API or Web Services
- Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS are a plus
- Appropriate Salesforce technical certifications (highly desirable)
- Certification in Genesys Cloud (highly desirable)
- Full Covid-19 vaccination status to work on premise as may be required
