Job description

Working for this global consulting company you will be implementing modules of a large-scale ERP for their largest Australian retail client. Within a large team of experienced Functional Consultants, you will learn from some of the best; eventually progressing your career to Senior Functional Consultant.

Essential Functional Skills

  • You will have experience implementing one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (for example Employee Central or Variable Pay).

  • You will have the ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will be responsible for SuccessFactors project deliverables, including workbooks, configuration, test results, solution recommendations and data migration approach.

  • You will manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation process.

  • You will document the customers' business needs through to implementation/configuration of SuccessFactors.

  • On occasion you will educate the customer on SuccessFactors functional requirements.

  • You will be able to conduct discovery meetings with customers.

  • You will interpret and map business processes whilst also designing and creating UI and Backend logic

  • Design and develop enterprise API services using multiple technologies, primarily .Net

  • You will perform unit Testing and support Integration testing.

Essential Professional Skills

  • MUST Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors' product-suite, including delta certifications.

  • 4-12 years of relevant experience in implementing an SAP SuccessFactors module

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
