Work remotely from anywhere in Australia - 12 months contract with extensions!
Work as an SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect with a leading Global organisation on an exciting long term project.
Responsibilities include:
- Architectural discussions to identify, understand, and define customer needs.
- Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams, project managers and other internal stakeholders driving solution strategies and overseeing the solution delivery through to completion.
- Coordinating with different sites and overseeing delivery and testing.
- Partner with stakeholders to achieve the successful delivery of the project requirements.
- Performing architecture reviews, according to agreed plans.
- Coordinating with different sites and overseeing delivery and testing.
- Help business and IT in sketching roadmap and deliver outcomes.
Skills required include:
- Strong Process & Integration knowledge with expertise in HR domain.
- End to end application and Architecture experience within SAP defining principles, frameworks, processes and governance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Ability to guide and influence the Business and IT stakeholders in the right direction.
- Strong stakeholder management & good communication skills.
- Understanding of architecture frameworks.
- TOGAF Certification or similar an advantage.
