Job description
In this role, you will work on the implementation of a new Finance and reporting solution that will span across multiple areas of the business.
As Scrum Master, you will work closely with the finance team, as well as product owners and be responsible for the following:
- Facilitate all scrum events ad meetings with the internal development team and the business
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and establish effective working relationships with the product Owners within the business
- Take ownership and day to day management of the relevant backlog
- Oversee Sprint Plans, retrospectives and other scrum-based routines
- Manage all risks and issues and the reporting and escalation of those risk and issues to the relevant party or parties
- Support the contribution for the monthly Steering Committee Management of the financials related to the Agile Delivery Team
- Managing and coaching the scrum team on Agile principles and wider across the other Finance related initiative
Skills for success
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master within a large complex environment
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role where you have run agile ceremonies for parallel agile projects
- Proven ability to create agile artefacts
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including ability to interact well at all levels within the business
- Ability to share new findings and Agile/DevOps best practices
- Self-motivated, excellent team player
- Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making
- High level of experience leading multiple Agile teams in an enterprise level environment.
