Melbourne based - 6 months contract with extensions!
Work as a Scrum Master with a renowned Global Consulting firm for a Telco organisation based in Melbourne
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day development team work facilitation
- Facilitation of Agile (Retrospective, Planning session, Estimations)
- Overall sprint and data management for the project
- Leading daily stand-ups and regular team ceremonies.
- Supporting the identification and management of blockers, to assist the Pod in meeting their delivery goals.
- Coordinating communication and cooperation across the team.
- Supporting inter-pod dependencies, risks and issues management.
- Working with delivery areas and assisting the Technology Delivery Manager with resource contention management.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Iteration Manager or a Scrum Master.
- Must have experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
- Telco industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Billing domain experience highly desirable.
- Relevant Certifications an advantage.
- Develop strong relationships with Pod Leads on delivery priorities and backlog activities to coordinate resources within the pod.
