About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior CRM Application Support Specialist to join a high-profile project supporting the development of a new Engagement & Relationship Management ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role for a Functional Analyst & Application Administrator who brings proven expertise in configuring and administering the Oracle CX Cloud suite, with a strong focus on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow). Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) is highly desirable.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate user requirements into scalable CRM configurations, manage data quality, and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and support Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
- Support data quality initiatives, reporting, and analysis across large datasets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the existing CRM ecosystem
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Ensure timely delivery with minimal supervision
Skills & Experience
- Strong background in CRM application configuration, administration, and support
- Deep expertise with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
- Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) is a plus
- Proficient in data analysis, data quality management, and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to work in integrated, complex technical environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver under tight deadlines
- Experience mentoring and supporting less experienced staff
