We're actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on the challenge of spearheading significant projects from inception to completion within a startup setting. This position is tailor-made for an inventive and strategic thinker who can dive into projects with gusto, from conceptualization through deployment. The ideal candidates will eagerly tackle intricate architectural hurdles, drive innovation, and establish fresh benchmarks for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4 years' of strong Java Backend Engineer experience.
- Take charge of significant projects independently, showcasing leadership throughout the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans for ambitious projects, establishing and implementing new architectural standards from the outset.
- Address complex architectural challenges by creating frameworks that pave the way for future projects.
- Lead by example by conducting thorough code reviews, resolving critical bugs, and advocating for best practices in code quality.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team and fellow engineers to spearhead initiatives with wide-ranging impact across the startup.
- Swiftly adapt your expertise in your primary programming language to excel in Java development and C++, if not already proficient.
- Experience with cloud technologies and AI.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the technical culture and fostering excellence within our growing team.
