We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business solutions that improve the operational efficiency and service delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes and a passion for driving change.
Required Experience & Skills
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst helping deliver key transformation projects with significant technology components.Working in government environments is an advantage
* Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations, running workshops, and managing client's expectations.
* Ability to articulate technology in terms that stakeholders can understand whilst understanding the impact of change on the business and providing the necessary support.
* Expertise in industry standard modelling tools and methods
* Experience working in Prince2 environments, delivering IT enabled solutions.
* Knowledge and experience of contributing to procurement processes from preparation to contract award is an advantage
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills are required as well as the ability to deliver under pressure.
* Experience working closely with vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions
