POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Senior Business Analyst is to deliver high quality business analyst solutions that enable valued business outcomes and informed decisions by key stakeholders.
Typical activities include planning, requirements elicitation and documentation, requirements lifecycle management, facilitation of solution design, requirements validation and traceability, stakeholder management and providing support to other teams involved in the project delivery.
This role is an integral part of the Delivery function with a specific focus on delivery of digital assets across both superannuation and advice. It contributes to ensuring that the Delivery function meets the needs of the organization and clients / customers.
DESIRABLE
Experience
- Previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly the superannuation industry
- Sound working knowledge of superannuation (or similar) systems and business functions
- Experience in using collaboration and workflow tools, incl. JIRA and Confluence
Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training)
- IIBA qualifications Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA), Certificate Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent
- Agile Business Analyst Certification: Certified Scrum Business Analyst (CSBA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar
- Experience working with CMS (content management systems)
- SQL skills
- Experience working with Tableau or similar visualisation tool
