About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Application Support Specialist to support the development and ongoing enhancement of a new Engagement & Relationship Management ecosystem within a large and complex environment.
This role is ideal for a functional analyst and application administrator who can hit the ground running and bring deep expertise in the Oracle CX Cloud suite, particularly the Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) platform. Experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to deliver functional solutions, maintain data integrity, and ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, administer, and support Oracle CX Cloud applications with a strong focus on Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
Engage with business users to gather and refine evolving requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
Perform hands-on data work including analysis, quality checks, and reporting.
Contribute to the integration of CRM platforms within a larger, complex ecosystem.
Provide clear documentation, support change management, and deliver system improvements.
Assist in mentoring and guiding junior technical team members.
Manage tasks effectively, demonstrating strong time management and autonomy.
Key Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in functional analysis, configuration, and support of complex CRM solutions-particularly Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
Proven experience in large, highly integrated environments.
Strong data management experience including analysis, data quality, and reporting.
Ability to understand business perspectives and respond to changing requirements with well-designed solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and productively in a cross-functional team.
Demonstrated mentoring and leadership capability.
Desirable:
Experience configuring Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua).
Familiarity with other Oracle CX tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud or Oracle CPQ.
Prior experience working in higher education or similarly complex sectors.
