Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Developer to support a high-impact transformation program for our client in the higher education sector. This role involves the development and support of complex integrations between enterprise systems and the Oracle CX Cloud environment, playing a critical part in a multi-year digital initiative.

The successful candidate will be productive, working hands-on across development, data handling, and integration support, while engaging regularly with stakeholders across both IT and business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work closely with business users to gather, clarify, and respond to both formal and evolving requirements.
  • Develop and manage APIs (REST/SOAP) and ensure reliable, secure communication between systems.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and integration strategy.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Manage your workload with autonomy and productivity in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Advanced scripting ability in JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver practical integration solutions.
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently.
  • Solid understanding of security and authentication for integration platforms and cloud technologies.
  • Ability to contribute to team growth through mentorship and leadership.
