You will provide support and guidance to effectively configure security controls across the various Platform stacks to support Business as Usual (BaU) operations. You will actively collaborate with other operational teams to deliver a secure enterprise and advisory support to help manage today's increasing Cybersecurity threat landscape.

The role also supports the configuration and running of security tools to measure, manage and report on the state of Information Security across the enterprise; including the analysis and resolution of cyber incidents. The role leads in the identification and work-to-resolution of Security functions and Cyber threats that may impact on the availability and integrity of services.

We will trust you to:

  • Support the effective global operation of the O365 Platforms' Security controls (eg, DLP, MFA, Defender and ATP)
  • Provide technical support to Operation / remediation teams with the configuration of Information Security controls across the O365 stack
  • Conduct periodic vulnerability scanning; assist with the triage of vulnerabilities, perform regular reporting of vulnerability remediation trends
  • Contribute to the timely resolution of Cybersecurity incidents
  • Support in the monitoring of cybersecurity environmental threats; including periodic security compliance reporting of our O365 operating environment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CISO Office function
  • Provide out of hours support and on-call rostering as required.

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience with medium-large scale IT Security Operations practices with strong overall Office 365 administration skills
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting, both in understanding/supporting existing scripts and making new scripts from scratch
  • Solid experience working in Cloud environment, particularly inAWS, O365 and Azure.
  • Excellent understanding of cybersecurity technologies
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and deliver a quality service
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills; stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed people engagement capability, exceptional teamwork and collaboration expertise
