Job description

  • Permanent role
  • Adelaide based - must be able to be onsite
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience a must

As the Senior Developer you will work across product development, product suport, as well as user support, this includes (but not limited to):

  • Lead the development and testing of Adobe Experience Cloud products and services, with consideration to up/downstream system impacts.
  • Develop, review and transform technical and system procedures to enhance the team's operational effectiveness.
  • Plan, develop and review documentation to ensure accurate and up to date information is available.
  • Develop and continuously improve the supported products.
  • Manage and undertake tasks relating to the testing of products and services, with consideration to downstream impacts.
  • Develop and implement strategies around the software development lifecycle and development standards and adhere to those standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies around the innovative use of relevant contemporary technologies.
  • Provide responsive and expert guidance on effective use of the supported products.

Skills and experience needed to be considered and secure this permanent opportunity:

  • Demonstrated development and implementation experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Adobe Digital Asset Manager (Java and OSGi Framework) including the experience in creating and customising AEM components, templates, and workflows using AEM's development tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in web development technologies, including JavaScript (Vue and React), HTML, CSS, and familiarity with web standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in Application Programming Interfaces and AEM integration capabilities for connecting and working with external systems or services.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Data Platform (and any other Adobe Experience Cloud products) and design system tools such as Figma, ZeroHeight and StoryBook.
  • Awareness of AEM best practices, coding standards, and security considerations for developing secure and high-quality solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
  • Adobe certifications in relevant Experience Cloud products.
