About the role
Senior Help Desk Support is a highly specialised role responsible for providing assistance and training to other Help Desk technicians in solving more advanced users problems and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- At least 2 years' experience in a commercial environment in a similar role mainly L2 and L3 support.
- Experience in managing Windows or Linux based environments.
- Experience in managing virtual environments such as VMware.
- Desired Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics environments such as Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills.
