About the role

Senior Help Desk Support is a highly specialised role responsible for providing assistance and training to other Help Desk technicians in solving more advanced users problems and inquiries.


  • At least 2 years' experience in a commercial environment in a similar role mainly L2 and L3 support.
  • Experience in managing Windows or Linux based environments.
  • Experience in managing virtual environments such as VMware.
  • Desired Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics environments such as Office 365.
  • Excellent communication skills.
