What You'll Do: As a Senior ICT Business Analyst, you will:

  • Tackle intricate business challenges with a focus on diverse ICT environments, including OT, Cloud, and premise-based platforms.
  • Document complex systems and lead the production of comprehensive business cases.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, driving projects that solve business problems efficiently.
  • Deliver critical project outputs, such as Business Cases and User Requirements Specifications, within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business challenges and objectives with minimal supervision while building a cohesive, high-performing team.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders, ensuring mutual trust and clear expectations.
  • Provide crucial inputs to the DTG Project Manager from the business SMEs.
  • Develop and support risk mitigation plans and assist stakeholders in adapting to change.

What You'll Bring:

  • Over 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in ICT.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent active listening abilities.
  • An analytical mindset with a logical, structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience managing multiple deliverables under pressure and adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrable experience in producing high-quality stakeholder communications.
