- The job would require approximately 3 days a week spent in the office and 2 days working from home.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, analysing, interpreting, and documenting business functional, non-functional and transition requirements.
- Creating business requirement documentation and traceability matrix documentation.
- Translating business ideas into requirements that are specific and measurable / testable
- Understanding and interpreting the project scope, objectives, benefits and risks
- Working with vendors, technical staff and business to confirm any integration and / or transition requirements to support the changes
- Working with the business to map the as-is and to-be processes and helping to drive the change management and training where required of IT and / or the business
- Assisting with the planning and execution of System, Integration, Regression and User Acceptance Testing in conjunction with any vendors, business teams and the IT teams
- Working with the vendors, technical staff and business to assist with defect triage as required during testing and go live
- Acting as an interface between Business Systems and the business during the program
- Providing status reporting as required
Experience needed to be considered:
- Demonstrated experience in business systems analysis working on IT integration projects
- Very strong functional analysis and broad technical skills that enable the investigation of project issues during the testing and go live
- Ability to demonstrate experience with retail and supply chain systems would be an advantage,
- Experience working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Strong customer focus and demonstrates a service-oriented culture
- Attention to detail and high standard of quality generally
