Flexibility : 2 days work from office , 3 days work from home

As a Senior Digital Performance Manager, you will be a key member of our team, displaying confidence and a proactive attitude towards addressing clients' challenges. You will excel in a fast-paced environment while upholding our commitment to delivering excellent service. A comprehensive understanding of paid media channels is crucial to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of high-performing campaigns for our clients.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management

    • Develop and manage strategies for search campaigns, ensuring their execution and performance align with client goals.
    • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to optimization and reporting.
  2. Client Understanding

    • Gain an in-depth understanding of your clients' businesses, industries, and primary objectives.
    • Use this knowledge to tailor strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
  3. Strategic Guidance

    • Provide strategic advice and best practices to clients, ensuring their campaigns are optimized for success.
    • Manage day-to-day client needs and support junior team members in their development and performance tasks.
  4. Workflow and Deadline Management

    • Organize your workflow efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.
    • Align your work with specific service level agreements to maintain high standards of service.
  5. Performance Reporting

    • Create detailed and articulate reports that provide insights into campaign performance.
    • Highlight current performance metrics and identify future growth opportunities for clients.
  6. Search Management Expertise

    • Demonstrate proficiency in search management platforms, with hands-on experience in Search Ads 360 being highly favorable.
    • Use these tools to enhance campaign performance and achieve client goals.
  7. Client Relations and Meetings

    • Act as a key participant in kick-off meetings, maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Lead discussions on campaign optimization and participate in quarterly business planning sessions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience

    • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Performance Media specialist role within an agency setting.
    • Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance media campaigns.
  • Technical Skills

    • Deep expertise across all Paid Search ad formats and features, including Shopping Ads, Dynamic & Responsive Search Ads, Ad Extensions, and Call Tracking.
    • Experience with Paid Social and Programmatic Media Buying.
  • Self-Motivation

    • A proactive self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes independently.
    • Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
  • Attention to Detail

    • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
    • Effective project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Independence and Autonomy

    • Capable of working independently on projects, demonstrating autonomy and accountability.
    • Ability to manage one's workload and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
  • Team Collaboration

    • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude.
    • Ability to work effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Communication Skills

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to clients and team members.
