Job description
Join a leading Financial Services organisation as a Senior Project Manager to drive successful change management initiatives within a simplification program. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the seamless adoption of change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Agile methodologies to oversee end-to-end project management for change management initiatives.
- Build strong relationships and foster effective communication with key stakeholders i.e. Change Managers, Marketing & Product teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
- Cultivate a collaborative team culture and train and educate wider teams on impacted changes
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading project teams, with at least 5 years in financial services and a focus on change management.
- Experience with third party vendors is advantageous
- Proven experience with Agile Delivery and tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of banking products and transformation/simplification projects.
