We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of innovative digital and online solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that enhance user experiences and deliver real value.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring that digital and online solutions meet business objectives. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to define project goals, manage resources, and oversee execution to deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the planning and execution phases for the digital stream of the program.
- Facilitating workshops to refine scope, validate dependencies, and align stakeholders.
- Overseeing member journey design, financials, resources, and RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) registers.
- Collaborating across streams to ensure integration and alignment with program goals.
- Engaging executive and senior leadership for decision-making and stakeholder satisfaction.
Experience required:
- Strong experience with delivering digital / member online solutions
- Preferred overarching experience with implementation of technology/digital roadmap along with claims processing within the financial, insurance or related industry.
- Strong executive and senior leader stakeholder engagement and management experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies is required.
- Hands on approach in managing the day-to-day delivery, including oversight and management of project schedule, resource management, project financials and RAID management and ensure projects remain on track and remains aligned to project governance and delivery framework
