Our Federal Government client is seeking a Senior Siebel Technical Project Manager to join their team. This is a 12 month contract with the ability to extend for another 12 months. This role is open for Australian Citizens with a Baseline Security Clearance. This is a hybrid role (working 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH).
Our client is seeking a Senior Siebel Technical Project Manager specialist who can ensure the successful management and delivery of key technical project deliverables.
To be successful in this role you must:
- Manage, lea d and deliver projects that may have an agency wide impact
- Develop, implement and evaluate project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework and consider project interdependencies
- Collaborate with staff in immediate work area and with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget
- Lead strategic planning for longer term project initiatives
- Lead and manage staff and oversee the management of performance, attendance and health and wellbeing develop staff capability through coaching and succession planning
- Provide high level strategic advice and feedback to stakeholders and the agency's executive research, review and evaluate projects within a section or specialist area
- Plan, manage and monitor financial budgets and oversee the management of contracts, procurement, resources and expenditure.
- Have experience in Oracle - Siebel CRM or Microsoft Projects.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- A minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated experience in delivering technical projects utilising the Oracle Siebel platform.
- A minimum of 1+ years' experience in delivering technical outcomes for external client stakeholders.
- Significant experience in ICT project management.
- Experience and development of user stories.
- Proven capabilities to undertake costing and effort estimation.
- Demonstrated capability in budget management.
- Experience in business analysis and requirements verification.
