Our client, one of the largest, most reputable and with the largest 'global reach', is currently seeking the skills of a Senior Solutions Architect. Reporting into the Principal Solutions Architect you will be positioned within the Solution Architecture business unit. Specifically, your knowledge and experience within the HR technology domain will keep you in excellent stead!
Essential
- Business requirements analysis; participate in the analysis of Information Technology solutions to ensure effective solutions are delivered to the business
- Ensure accurate representation of business / technical requirements in solutions through collaboration with business users
- Solution architecture; responsible for the development of solutions for projects according to architecture guidelines and governance to ensure they are designed in accordance with business requirements
- Partner and vendor management; contribute to development of relationships with key senior business and technology stakeholders to provide input and approval during the development of solutions.
Desirable
- Ten years' experience within the IT Industry/financial services or in business consulting
- Five + years' experience across multiple Architecture domains
- Five + years' experience in the HR technology domain covering two or more HR Sub Domains and/or Payroll (MUST)
