Job description

Our client, one of the more interesting government departments with sophisticated technology is seeking the digital skills to join their team and engage actively within the Digital Uplift Program. The size of the team has 2 Business Analyst, Configuration Specialists, 1 dedicated Architect, Change management resource. WE MUST have a resource who understands on hands on delivering a SAI360 project (health and Safety)


As part of the Digital Uplift Health and Safety team, you will engage with the Director Digital Delivery Uplift and multiple over technology specialists, vendors, internal and be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple, large, strategic Initiatives
  • Collaborate with vendors
  • There are 3 streams running concurrently. They are at the 3rd stream project encompassing both applications and infrastructure projects requiring a high level of project direction
  • Facilitate exchange of information between client and internal/external teams
  • Coordinate governance groups, committees, and consultations to support project completion
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including preparation of client communications, reports and briefs, maintaining project documentation, and implementing and monitoring project plans
  • Occasional meeting minutes to ensure correct documentation
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
  • Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
  • Working/engage with the Business Engagement Lead as required to communicate with stakeholders.

  • Managing stockholder.
  • Any experience with Agile Technology
  • Driving project deadlines and milestones to the required standards and targets.
  • Preferably government experience but someone with private sector would be amazing too!
  • Any change management experience would be a 'nice to have'.

  • This is a secure contract; past mid-2025 but applications are in place for mid-2026.
