About the role
The role requires a test lead to lead the application testing of enterprise applications within budget, timeframes, and quality standards to drive innovation and build digital capability within the organisation.
Essential Criteria:
- At least 15 years of experience in software testing.
- Proficient in managing large-scale programs, including experience with SQL Server upgrades is mandatory to have.
- Strong experience with UAT Testing.
- Strong background in data integration testing.
- Proven ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experienced in supporting the lifecycle of digital design, development, testing, and business change management.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Test Lead/Manager, covering the entire testing lifecycle.
- Skilled in developing test strategies, plans, and cases for large-scale projects.
- Knowledgeable in UI and API testing.
- Proficient with testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.
- Well-versed in data migration testing, regression testing, performance testing, and accessibility testing.
- Good understanding of non-functional testing methodologies.
- Experience in test automation; a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience is a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
