Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Service Desk Analyst who possesses strong technical skills, . The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations and high level of customer service. This role would require previous experience and knowledge in financial/procurement systems such as Oracle (mandatory) and Basware (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
- Managing databases accurately
- High Level customer service
- knowledge around supply chain management and procurement
- Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all support activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user communication, in our ticketing system.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues to prevent service interruptions and enhance system performance.
