🚀 Exciting Opportunity in Canberra - Technical Consultant - ITSM/ServiceNow 🚀
Are you a dynamic IT professional with a passion for ServiceNow and ITIL service management? We're seeking a talented Technical Consultant to join our team in Canberra!
What You'll Work On:
- Proactive engagement and communication with key project stakeholders 🤝
- Coaching and mentoring junior ITSM staff 👥
- Identifying, clarifying, defining, and documenting business requirement specifications 📋
- Maintaining current knowledge of ServiceNow Platform features and functionality 🛠️
- Participating in Agile SCRUM Method software development sprints 🔄
- Implementation, administration, and support of ServiceNow 🌐
- Configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and portals 📊
- Configuring APIs, connectors, web service applications, data transformation, and MID servers 💻
- Participating in system go-live activities and early life support 🚀
- Identifying, documenting, and communicating "Lessons Learned" during all engagements 📚
About Your Experience and Skills:
- ITIL V3 or V4 foundation or proven comprehension of ITIL principles 📘
- Technical root cause analysis experience within incident and problem management 🔍
- Continuous improvement in business and system processes 🔄
- ServiceNow certification (CSA, ITSM Implementer) 🏆
- Desired exposure in IT emergency event situations, Linux OS scripting, Prince2, and Agile methodologies 🚨🐧🤖
Requirements:
- Australian Citizens with a current NV1 clearance minimum 🇦🇺
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government NV2 security clearance 🔐
