Job description
To be successful in the position, you will be an individual who is passionate about solving problems and enjoys leading people towards a mutual goal and ultimate success. As this position is within a consultancy, the ability to engage with key stakeholders within a client is also crucial. Your team will be focused on delivering projects within a single account for the next 2 years as a minimum.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team of up to 10 individuals (both locally and offshore)
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to understand enterprise level programs of work and lead a team to deliver quality code.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to your team.
- Strong knowledge of software development architecture principals.
The key technologies of which your team will be developing in include:
- Front End - React.js, Typescript, HTML/CSS
- Back End - .Net Core, C#, Entity Framework, rabbit MQ, Redis Cache, Docker
- Database: SQL Server, Eventstore DB
- Microservices - Web API, Rest API
- Cloud - AWS
