Strategy Consultant

Seeking individual to develop strategies: intranet redesign aligning with tech evolution, integrating ServiceNow & Workday ERP; optimize collaboration, considering security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies for intranet transformation and digital collaboration, considering future integration with ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Create startegy papers to guide decision-making on intranet and collaboration direction, addressing business, governance, technology, and ownership aspects.
  • Analyze current intranet infrastructure, considering its compatibility with emerging technologies like ServiceNow and Workday ERP.
  • Craft collaboration strategies for internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing data privacy and cybersecurity.
  • Assess content migration feasibility from intranet to ServiceNow or Workday, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy encompassing business, governance, technological, and ownership aspects of intranet redesign.

To be successful in this role your CV will highlight much of the following:

  • Proven experience in leading strategic development initiatives, not just capturing requirements.
  • Skilled in dealing with executive-level stakeholders and driving decision-making processes.
  • Extensive background in internet/intranet technology projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of governance and ownership in intranet transformation projects.
  • Ability to apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to develop staff experience-driven strategies.
  • Proficient in writing comprehensive strategy documents, demonstrating clarity, coherence, and strategic insight.
  • Knowledgeable about governance frameworks relevant to intranet and collaboration systems, emphasizing accountability and risk management.
