Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst/ Systems Configuration Analyst to join a safety-driven project, focused on configuring and deploying SaaS solutions across various mine sites. The role involves two main job scopes centered on vehicle and supervisor hierarchy configuration, using GeoTab's global IVMS software. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in safety-related projects to contribute to a crucial initiative in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure SaaS solutions for In-Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) by setting up and managing supervisor and vehicle hierarchies.
- Establish a supervisor hierarchy within the software to trigger alerts based on organizational charts and individual supervisor preferences.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to determine and configure alert settings.
- Create and configure a hierarchy of vehicles, categorized by site, function, and team, using the GeoTab system.
- Efficiently transfer data from spreadsheets into the system, ensuring accurate setup and functionality.
Role Requirements:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in configuring SaaS products.
- Understanding of vehicle safety and monitoring systems, with a preference for experience in safety-driven projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across different sites.
- Experience with GeoTab or similar IVMS software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills to manage hierarchy workflows and system configurations.

- Hybrid working out of Brisbane CBD.
