About the role:
Due to growth, we're looking for a Level 2/3 Systems Engineer OR a Level 1/2 Engineer that is looking to make a step up to join our small close-knit team.
This position as a Systems Engineer will see you contribute your best skills to drive forward the success and functionality of the products offered by this company.
Based in the Gold Coast office, you will be utilising your systems engineer experience, whilst effectively maintaining and administering other challenging areas of systems administration and implementations. You will also be working closely with a vast, still expanding, stable client base.
We welcome applicants with all OR some of the following skills and experience:
- Hyper-V, Veeam or Storage Craft (or similar)
- Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
- Watchguard
- Experience working in a Windows environment. You have managed, diagnosed, and addressed issues within this environment
- Windows server maintenance and troubleshooting
- Port forwarding/security/VPN experience
- Router and Network management experience
- Onsite device setup and configuration
- Understanding of WatchGuard
- NBN, Fibre and ADSL Modem and router installation experience
