To secure this exciting contract opportunity you will have experience/be certified in:
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (recruit marketing is a bonus)
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goals Management.
- Minimum of 2 projects of lead experience in those modules.
- Capability to lead the design, delivery and documentation.
- Work collaboratively in a busy/complex project landscape.
- Optional/controversial - experience managing multi-time zone team.
