🔧 Role Overview: As a Tech Lead with expertise in Node.js, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development team to new heights. You will be responsible for architecting robust and scalable solutions, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. We mainly work on Greenfield builds.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented developers.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable Node.js applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and drive the adoption of new technologies.
🛠️ Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead in a Node.js environment.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and associated frameworks.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB or MySQL.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
