Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business and systems analysis for CRM implementation and data migration initiatives.
- Conduct detailed systems analysis including functional gap analysis, data flows, and configuration dependencies.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, SRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Support system configuration efforts by working with technical teams and validating solution designs.
- Liaise with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure alignment with architectural and business standards.
- Drive data migration strategy including data profiling, mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Engage in CRM platform enhancements (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel), including workflow configuration and integration mapping.
- Contribute to test planning and UAT support by creating traceability matrices and validating business scenarios.
- Assist with change impact analysis and business readiness assessments.
Key Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on technical and systems analysis.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siebel CRM, and Salesforce.
- Proven background in data migration, ETL processes, and data mapping/validation.
- Experience working with system configuration, workflow rules, and integration interfaces (APIs/Web Services).
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, business rules, and cross-system dependencies.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and reporting.
- Experience using tools such as Visio, JIRA, HP ALM, and familiarity with UML/BPMN standards.
- Demonstrated capability working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language.
