Our client is a large retail company looking for highly proficient and motivated Business Analyst with a strong background in gathering and analysing business requirements, formulating technical solutions, and ensuring their alignment with business needs.
This role involves close collaboration with Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to comprehend business goals and translate them into technical specifications. The candidate should possess a robust understanding of endpoint management technologies like SCCM, WorkspaceOne, Intune, etc.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Develop meaningful reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assess potential risks and challenges associated with proposed business solutions.
- Ensure that developed solutions align with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Translate business goals into precise technical specifications.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficient in facilitating Requirement Workshops and multi-party technical solution discoveries.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in an agile environment, including story writing, work breakdown, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with Developers, Architects, Business Users, and 3rd party suppliers for current and future-state process analysis and mapping.
- Clear communication and robust stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities within tight timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
- Experienced in Agile ways of working.
