About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Adelaide. This role offers a hybrid working model with travel to their mining site. If you thrive in an analytical environment and excel at stakeholder engagement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making.
- Develop system integration strategies and oversee system implementation.
- Validate systems to meet technical and business expectations.
- Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Maintain clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system diagrams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Technical Business Analyst experience with a strong understanding of Agile and SDLC.
- Proficiency in data analysis with tools like SQL, Python, and Power BI (preferred).
- Ability to analyze, visualize, and prototype solutions for user-centric design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Mining industry experience is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to overcome challenges and drive results.
