Job description
Responsabilities:
- Work collaboratively with product managers, and developers to identify documentation needs, conduct information analysis, develop documentation plans and produce clear, effective content
- Build and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base section for the product
- Ensure up-to-date and appropriate documentation exists for distribution to clients
- Ensure that product knowledge is maintained via upgrade notes and product utilization
- Collaborate with the developers and technical team to define documentation strategy and to translate product system functionalities in system user guides/product user manuals
- Liaise, collaborate and interview product designers and developers to understand product's platform and to translate GUI and workflows in relevant product documentation
Skills:
- Demonstrated technical communication experience (min 3 years) cloud software environment.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Monday as a communication/collaboration mechanism with stakeholders.
- Experience with Zendesk Guide for Support documentation, Support Tickets
- Experience with user tracking/engagement tools like Pendo and User Pilot etc
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or Figma
- Highly computer literate with and a basic understanding of operating systems, HTML and databases.
- Understanding of technical terms such as JSON, XML, API and AWS services will be highly regarded.
- Experience in technology industry preferably cloud healthcare / MedTech industry
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Good understanding of typical ERP business processes
