Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Testing Program Leadership:
    • Develop and lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of the testing program.
    • Ensure alignment with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Test Management and Execution:
    • Create and manage comprehensive test plans and test cases.
    • Conduct hands-on testing and guide SMEs through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
    • Utilize Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Defect Management:
    • Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and retesting processes to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Guidance:
    • Supervise test activities and provide direction to the InSite Implementation Partner.
    • Engage and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.


Essential Criteria

  • Extensive experience in leading and managing software testing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of functional, non-functional, and integration testing.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for test management.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.


Desirable Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and coding test scripts within the Microsoft software ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Dynamics 365
    • .NET, Power Platform, C#, Selenium, SQL Server, and Azure testing automation
  • Proven expertise in developing and leading testing automation initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
