Fiserv Signature Platform Support Engineer
- 8 month initial contract (with extension opportunity)
- Banking experience essential
- Hybrid role - 3 days per week at the office
- Location : Sydney or Melbourne
Responsibilities include:
- Support and fix issues (Level 2 and 3) on the Signature platform
- Work with teams, vendors, and clients to solve technical problems
- Monitor the system to keep it running smoothly
- Investigate and fix major incidents
Experience needed:
- Demonstrated experience with the Fiserv Signature platform, especially Signature CBS (Aperio)
- Knowledge of modules like CRS, Branch Teller, Evolution Microservices, etc.
- Experience troubleshooting and using tools like AppDynamics and Splunk
- Basic Oracle and SQL skills
- Good understanding of IT service processes (like Incident and Change Management)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work well with others and support urgent issues on-call
