ERP Business Analyst - 12-Month Contract

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for ERP solutions and digital transformation? Join a high-performing team delivering key ICT initiatives aligned with a major digital strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead business analysis activities on a significant ERP program. You'll work across business and ICT teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to user engagement, training, and change management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyse and document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and communicate requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit business needs
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Support testing, validation, and UAT activities
  • Develop documentation such as process maps, business cases, training materials, and test scenarios
  • Assist with change management and project planning
  • Provide support in procurement and vendor evaluation processes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Extensive experience in business analysis across complex ICT programs
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality business analysis artefacts
  • Experience with ERP systems and understanding of enterprise architecture
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor Business Analyst teams
  • Experience in evaluating vendor proposals and managing contracts
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and documentation skills

DESIRABLE

  • Experience in government or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Background in ERP implementations or upgrades
